| | | | Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 8 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 8 | I've been working on my Grandpas 1949 3100 and have read the engine color is supposed to be a grey/gunmetal color. However the engine we have is painted red and is a original 1949 216 engine. Anyone happen to know why the engine is red? Was this an option back then?
