it looks like a 46.
Colorado and Oregon require emission on anything newer then 75.
The state I live in and the state I might live in.
In my county there is no emissions and no inspections on any car.
But I am thinking later in life. I want it titled as a 47 for street
rod plates, resell value and if I move.
