That's about what I paid for mine 6 months ago. I had a pair of front leaf springs made for my 2 1/2 ton .
It actually cost me $800 for 2 complete 9 leaf spring assemblies with bushings & no hardware.

I got these through a friend of mine from the spring shop he does business with. before we got a price I was told plan on spending around $500 a spring.
I was able to get these for his cost.
