It's commonly called a Rag-joint, but I believe coupler is the real name for it. You can get a repair kit for it at any parts store. It takes a little engenuity but works well. It seems LMC would have it or try Classic Parts. The complete assembly is pretty expensive at about $40-50. You need to remove the pinch bolt & unbolt it from the column flange to remove it.
