oldgmc Wrench Fetcher O Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 38 NJ	I do not know enough about electronic to know how they work but here is a link to one being sold and it does give some specs. My personal guess is these devices do not make you gauge read 100% correct they just keep the gauge from buring out and let you know you have some fuel in the tank reducer
