| | | | Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 237 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 237 | That is an original WW2 pedal used when rubber was scarce. The throttle rod has a 90 degree bend on it to fit into the back of the pedal and held in with a cotter pin.
The base of the pedal was held in place with a bolt through the floor pan and pedal. From 41 to 46 there were several different floor mount options but only 2 pedal linkage types. Do you already have the ball type pedal linkage?
Also there were different floor seals, one was a round felt seal and the other(later model) was a rubber boot. | | |
