Well, I finally have my new engine in and running! Unfortunately, it's running a little bit hotter than I like. It's a '68 250 rebuilt for unleaded. It warms up quick, and sits about 2/3 of the way up the temp scale. My current thermostat is a 180, with a single core radiator (new). What temp thermostat do you gurus recommend? I'm thinking 165, but waiting on the more experienced heads to confirm or deny.
