That is also known as a tinnerman. There are variations of tinnermans, Most common are the flat Speed nuts and the clip/J or U Speed nuts. If you don't find them where Bill has stated; McMaster Carr has them under "Spring Speed Nuts/Flange Speed Nut. $7/100!!
