Aside from fuel racks, governors, running off oil, diesel fuel in the oil, in a shop or industrial applications can be real serious if there are fumes or gas leaks present (acetyline, or lpg leaks especially) are things that are overlooked versus a wide open throttle setting, theres nothing to govern what the engine will suck in
