You are taking on as big of a mess as the first AD that I restored. Very challenging. You will need a 55 gallon drum to use as a cuss jar, but when you get done, you can charge admission to allow people to talk to you. I had the good fortune of having an unmolested and straight extra cab to take measurements when I got carried away and took too much apart at a time. One tip that will help you is to maintain the hinge pillar/top of door opening/lock pillar/rocker panel integrity. If you have to replace any of these parts, go slow and do one at a time. Avoid taking shortcuts by doing something like, removing the lower hinge pillar and the rocker panel at the same time. It will come back to haunt you when you try to fit your doors later. This technique of one-piece-at-a-time will serve you well throughout the extreme amount of panels that you need to replace. If I had not had the extra cab from which to take measurements, my former haphazard approach of taking apart too much at a time would have made it impossible to get it right.
