If so, what size and size of tires?

I bought it and been redoing the fuel system, misc wiring, motor mounts, brakes and sealed up the engines systems. Need to figure out what is wrong with heater, turn signals I am keeping it all stock for now and looking at hot rodding it when I collect all the parts. Looking at LS1,6spd manual and new suspension system that I can drive everyday at all safe speeds. I am thinking of painting my '49 this color. Can you tell me what color it is? Thanks in advance! | | | | Joined: Aug 2019 Posts: 181 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2019 Posts: 181 | I don't really know as it was painted that color when I bought it. And thanks. We really enjoy it. Just waiting for warmer weather. | | | | Joined: Nov 2012 Posts: 240 Bolter | Bolter Joined: Nov 2012 Posts: 240 | Beautiful truck! Same color as my ‘53. What tranny and rear gears are you running? I replaced the 4:11 with 3:55. Kept the torque tube drive line. Now I can drive it on the interstate and keep up with the big boys. Would love to see pics of your motor and cab interior.

Torque tude drive line. It will go 55 quite easy, on the level. Will see if I can get some pictures of the engine posted. | | |
