Clutch head screw removal

    I picked up some clutch driver tips for my electric screwdriver. I had to play with the clutch to get the setting just right. The clutch action acted like an impact tool and the screws came right out. It took less than half an hour to dissassemble both doors and the panel above the windshield.

    More power is better with the right clutch adjustment. It must be loose enough so the driver does not jump out and damage the screw head, yet tight enough to get the screws to move.
