Here are the first batch of this year’s Roundup pictures. Thanks to my wife Vicki for taking the pictures of the trucks!

I was glad to see Mark's (Fleet59) '59 Apache there, Mark's has been keeping a low profile lately. Sorry Alvin and I missed this year's event..

Thanks for taking the pictures Vicki and posting them Don. Now Don, if we could just get you to give them titles or descriptions - hahaha!
I have a whole bunch of pictures that I spent over an hour today transferring from my phone to my laptop, but still need to clean them up a bit and title them before posting. It's going to take a bit (yeah I'm a little slow - lol), but will get them posted for folks to see all the trucks, people and fun at this years Roundup. More details about the goings on during the weekend to be posted with the pictures.
More to come folks!
Craig - We definitely missed seeing you and Alvin this year. Maybe next year.
PS - If any other Bolters would like to add pictures, please feel free to do so. Would love to see the different views and aspects!

Yes, many of us are at a loss to know who's who and what's going on. Even some kind of truck designation would help a whole bunch.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get my Roundup pictures posted. It was an excellent event this year with a few new things tried and I think well liked and enjoyed by all. New stuff included our first "Swap Meet" as well as a couple "Guessing Games" with some cool 3d printed awards for the winners. The only detractor on the enjoyment was the heat. Hitting 95 and fairly high humidity, plus a lack of a good constant breeze, had some of our Bolters and guests depart before we could wrangle folks together for the group picture. A pretty good sized group in the picture (which will get names added at a later date), but we actual had 32 folks at the height of the the event. A really great turn out including 10 old trucks driven and displayed along with Steve's (KCMongo's) selection of early trucks displayed for all to see and enjoy. An "Honorable Mention" goes out to Bolter "farmallb" who drove himself and family members to the event in his 1940 Oldsmobile (pictured in one of Don's posts above) since his truck suffered a recent engine failure.
A little more description later on. For now, here's the pics starting with Friday pre-event activities for your enjoyment!

Here's the 1st batch of main event Saturday pictures. Beginning with all the stuff before most Bolters and guests started to arrive.

Here's some pictures from some of the different Tech Sessions, honcho'd by Kevin "Shakey61". Just a few pics from the first 3 sessions which were again very interesting, directly relating to working on our old trucks and well presented! Many thanks to Kevin and others that presented.
The final tech session pics in next post.

Last but not least for pics from the tech sessions are pics on an alternative GM 6 cylinder valve adjustment (for solid lifters) procedure presented by KCMongo's friend Jerry Rivers. The chart pic shows how the engine can be cycled until the #1 cylinder is at TDC, then listed valves (numbered front to back on the engine) for the rockers to be adjusted to the noted gaps (in thousandths of an inch measured by a dial indicator) either Hot (H) or Cold (C). Then cycling the engine until the #6 cylinder is at TDC, to measure and adjust the rest of the valves. Once set this way, the valve adjustments are spot on to GM specs, without having to rotate through every cylinder to set the individual cylinders valves. Accurate and a definite time saver.

Finally, just a few remaining pictures from me to add for this years MBA Roundup. Hope everyone can enjoy the pics from our event. If any other folks that attended have some of their own, please feel free to post them here along with any comments on how the event turned out. We'd love to hear feedback on things to make next years event even better.
PS - The winner of Mr. Nut snuck off before I could snag a picture. Congrats Tim T. The group pic will have to get updated with actual names a little later as I'm out of time to work on that today.

This is a great story Dan. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job on it all. Folks can look back on your report and get a very good feel for what went on.
Maybe Mongo can give a side bar on his creation. Too cool. ☺️. I want one.
