Neither that book or any other of my available resources lists a "casting number" separate from the part number.
sron48 - If you can post the casting numbers you do have, maybe I can try a different search to see what can be found.

I wouldn't separate them to sell. If you provide your cell phone # or email address, I can send you pics.I would ask $175 plus shipping. I live on Long Island in NY. You could pick them up in person.
