Looking for an exhaust manifold for my 1941 228 going in a 1.5ton truck.

Thanks!

Would you happen to know the casting number for the exhaust manifold ? I have two, both connected to the intake manifold. I believe one is for a 228, but dont know which one.

A little peeking through a 1939-41 GMC Book of Parts shows the 228 exhaust manifold for Models CC-100, CC-150, CC-250, CC-300 and CC-350 lists GMC Part # 6107378 as the same manifold for all those models. Neither that book or any other of my available resources lists a "casting number" separate from the part number.

sron48 - If you can post the casting numbers you do have, maybe I can try a different search to see what can be found.

I have the intake/exhaust manifolds combo. The part tag attached to them reads "228". I wouldn't separate them to sell. If you provide your cell phone # or email address, I can send you pics.I would ask $175 plus shipping. I live on Long Island in NY. You could pick them up in person. I could deliver them to Fall Hershey in October if you attend that event. Let me know either way. Hank.
