Wayne(Wayne67vert) asked about Florida Members and their locations, more specifically how to locate members in his area. While the search function does offer some help, it doesn't provide an actual location of Members in a given state, it only provides the information for the Member you have searched for.

The Midwest Bolters (MBA) have a map of Members and locations for their region. Kevin (Shakey61) developed their Map and maintains it. He has graciously offered to share it with me to help establish a Southern Bolters Map. I attempted this some time back and just had no success, maybe with his help and added experience I can make it happen this time. My goal is to have a product that encompasses our region by State, and allows Members to see who is in the immediate area as well as places they may travel to.

So now I would ask the Southern Bolters to provide me with your location. Any additional contact information is fine as well but will not be included on the Map. I will develop a spread sheet separately for any additional contact information, and may be shared provided Members approves. Being included on the Map is completely voluntary, you do not need to participate I you so desire. I personally believe that we can all benefit from this.

PM me with your information if you would like to participate.

Y'all need to bare with me, this is a BIG project. I am compiling a list of "Southern Bolters", that is anyone who has joined the BOLT, and is within our region. Please understand that this means if they just posted once or are blowing up the site daily. The list will be used to create the map. I have been using the "Welcome Center" and "Southern Bolters" forums to provide most of this. I will research the the site as I have time. The map will be a living document, once it's up and running I will be able to add Members as they join the site.

The second part of this is to provide a contact list of members to those that wish to participate. Not everyone will be on the contact list, only those member who have provided me with their information will be included. Everyone on this list will be Emailed a copy of the contact information. I will not make it available to the Members unless they contribute to it. Many member do not want their contact information shared and I will respect that.

If you wish to share your contact information you must PM me.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
