Morning Y'all. Everyone is getting their final plans together, just want to cover down on what we need.

I am bringing a Canopy, 5 Chairs, a Cooler, Folding Table to use at the Show site. I have Bottled water, Gatorade and some Sausages and Chips for our Cookout. I am bringing a cordless fan to use as well. Archie is taking care of our Hamburgers and cheese (they have a Refrigerator in their RV). We will shop for all the flesh items they day of the Cookout (Friday).

I encourage you to bring Chairs, if you need a Table at the Site, bring that as well. We will not have power available this year.

REMEMBER THIS IS A CASH ONLY EVENT!!!

What is needed:
Buns,
Plates,
Flatware,
Napkins,
Condiments,
Drinks /Water,
Adult Beverages?

Vicki and I will have a charcoal grill with charcoal and lighter. 1-1/2 tables, awning and six chairs, cooler full of adult canned liquid and of course Vicki’s made from scratch cookies.
Will arrive Thursday afternoon if all goes well. Staging things today and loading Tuesday.

I can bring buns, plates flatware and napkins, then I won’t have to bring an ice chest. I will get there late Thursday and show up AM Friday. Is the head count around 28 still?

Please don't tell my wife how much this thing cost!

Yes Tim, I will have a chair for you, a cooler and a shotgun seat when you get to mid Mo.
Should we start a thread of our upcoming road trip with pictures.
Of course, not all the pictures or what happens will be posted.

Donald, buns, both Hotdog and Hamburger will be fine ( share the love and the cost). I was planning for an even 30 with Family and Friends.

DONALD! Did you just call me Donald?
That’s it, no cookies for you!
Vicki is mixing up the batter today.

Just teasing my friend! wink Take some pictures and post them from Townsend when you get there please! pix

OK, my mistake and I am sorry Tuts. I have been called many names in my life but the only person that called me Donald was my mother when I was in deep trouble and a whooping was to follow.

Your mother probably also used your middle name, too. I know mine did. The worst was when she followed it with "You wait till your father gets home." eek

Since we only have a puny 6 ft bed, we can’t haul much stuff. We’ll check in Thursday AM to see what’s still needed & pick it up on the way in to Townsend. Our route will take us past the Super Walmart in Murphy NC. That’ll be a good place to get whatever’s needed.

Cookie update. Vicki has been in the kitchen all afternoon and still in there mixing up the cookie batter.
She will bake them tomorrow and I hope to get a few right out of the oven.
She is working on a special batch for Alvin now.
