Participated in the Colwood Cruise yesterday (Labour day). There were plenty of interesting vehicles taking part.

Put about 90 Km on the old truck. The trip over the Malahat was OK as most of the traffic was moving in the other direction; or at least they were trying to move. Ran it over 3,000 RPM for a bit and it didn't blow up.

Gordon, what a gorgeous first image. Second is nice, too. Any idea of who owns the trucks? Might there be any more images?

There are more images but they are in a private Facebook group. I don't have a Facebook account, but Fran does and the pictures are ones she sent me. The photographer who took the first photo contributes to the public vihr.ca web site so they may show up there in the next day or so.

There was a blue 63 short box there; very nice. I didn't catch the owner's name but he is a member here. He removed the 350 that a PO had installed and put in a 6. thumbs_up
