It's just rain. Not as intense as I have seen some storms. Constant, though. But, still, just a little rain.

Now, if you want to discuss what kind of knuckleheads build and live all the way up to the foothills where they keep the mudslides, or down to where all the basins drain and they keep all the flooding, or damage tree root systems to install a pretty driveway then wonder why their trees fall over, then you got something worthy of a story on the local news. Heck! They need to generate advertiser money somehow! Fantastical, "end of the world" stories seem to do that.

The rain wasn't too bad down here... a few spots got whacked hard. 79, 92 and 94 were much worse.

Another quality post.

Rain hasn’t been too bad up here in the gold country᠁.I’ve still been able to take the truck out a couple times a week, and also managed to get my weekly100 mile RT commute in last Thursday

Only got caught in the rain once, and marveled at the ability of my old single blade wipers to keep the windshield clear enough to see.

The rain and resulting water spots & dirt has led me to not wash the truck so much anymore᠁.after all, it’s a truck!

San Francisco Bay Area mostly doing fine, weathermen get excited about an atmospheric river, it’s their moment᠁. The + tides were more an issue the last few weeks as salt water flooding in Tamalpias Junction intersection of the 101 is a mess᠁.cuts off the bike path completely at times᠁.
Snuck my truck out yesterday (Sunday) morning for a nice run, got fresh fuel in the system as he’s been sitting a bit as I restored another truck in my garage/shop (‘51 Schwinn Cycle Truck), got Hank home before the afternoon rain came᠁.

Our daughter and family are in San Diego and she mostly complained that it was cold (50 degrees). Even today, it sounds like it's not over yet. "Heavy rain may cause flooding along the Central California coast and the Transverse Range in Southern California. Severe thunderstorms pose a threat for hail, damaging wind gusts, and an isolated tornado across portions of the Sacramento Valley."

Hanks Custo: What a great job on the bike!! Thanks for doing the before and after pix. Same color as the '46. thumbs_up Very cool.

Mid March, still lots of rainy days. Not great rainfall totals, just light and frequent.
We will see about lake levels and snowpack in April. May be an ugly winter and a
drought...lol. Mike.
