Jerry, John's link does work here. The link you provided seems to be the same, except it's missing the "cover letter" and *all* the signatures. It's interesting that in your link, some of the signatures are redacted. Odd. Guess if people are interested, they should download it at least. No black sedans have driven by Stovebolt HQ. Mostly white vans. wink
