Pics are loaded in the link. I already have 75% of the patch panels needed. This is gonna be expensive.
I intended to do the work myself but I just can’t find the time. Working too much and retirement is still a few years away.

Link to pictures of my 1963 cab rust.

Looks like you would be better off to find another cab.
With all that rust what does the frame look like?

Frame looks great. Finding another big back window 1963 cab would be difficult. A friend once told me that a big hole is t any harder to fix than a small hole as long as the patch panel is big enough to do the job. Both size holes need to be patched. True, it takes a few more stitch welds and planning, but as long as the patch can cover the territory . . . .
The cab corners have patches.
They make a floor patch that includes the inner rocker and it runs the length of the cab.
They make all the patches needed. Plus I already have 75% of the patches needed including the A pillar that I salvaged from a 1961 cab. I sure wish I had time to do it myself. I would enjoy the metal work.

No wonder you drove it to the Jamboree, all that Air Conditioning. It may be easier to get a complete replacement floor panel, I wish they would of had them when I was buying panels would have saved a lot of work.

The body shop guy is going to assess the cab floor and then make a recommendation. A complete new floor is an option I’d go with if he recommends it. It would likely cost more in labor too because they would likely put the cab on a rotisserie. I’ve seen him put a new floor in a cab like mine. He says there are minor differences in the 63 that would add to the “new floor” labor.

If you want to see his work, search for Metal Art Customs on Facebook.

YIKES!!!
I know it is your baby, but man that bath water sure is dirty.
I have fixed worse, but my labor costs me nothing. I imagine paying someone capable to do the work would be astronomical.

At one time I had thought about having my cab acid dipped, I wasn't real sure I would have anything left to work with. Jay, just so you know I feel your pain.

I have 2 nice trucks that look like they need finishing. Half way done with this or that on both trucks. I need to see closure on at least one so off to the body man to do it faster and sooner and BETTER than I can. It’s either spend money on fixing the 63 cab or buy a new Ferrari. Same amount of money. Haha!

Good luck! That one looks like the only reason it's not in a pile on the floor is that the rust molecules are holding hands!

Yes, that's a bit of rust. This is what I started with. What I ended up with. Anything's possible

Nice truck.
Yeah, I know for a fact that other 1960-66 trucks have rusted out rockers and floors and corners like mine. It’s common.
I’ve seen many good repairs and cabs that went from trash to treasure. It takes money for patches and time. I just don’t have the time. My 65 needed rockers and bottoms of the door pillar which I did myself. I’ve learned a lot since then and realize that I need to do them over to get the result I want. I sure would love to help the body man who’s gonna do this 63 cab. Door bottoms will get done too.
I’ll post pictures of the progress. Y’all might be impressed enough to send him more work.

The truck and patch panels go to the body shop at the end of March. Wish me luck!

Huge relief. I was notified the carrier will pick up my truck Monday 3/28 and it will arrive at the body shop Tuesday 3/29.
Stay tuned.

Update:
My 63 C10 arrived safely at the body shop 3/29/22.
The body shop is very good about posting photos and videos of progress.
They did a video of the truck arriving and a walk around showing rust repairs needed.
