From Mike:

Here is a shot of my 1947 6100. Have not had a chance to do anything with her yet. Winter set in here in Dakota.

Picked her up at an auction sale. Just could not leave without her. As it was, I - nobody else - had an interest in her, so I took her home for $50. The buy of the day!

I want to make her a roll back unit in time. I will put it on the project list.

You have the best site I have found! A lot of my questions have already been asked and answered. I have started a journal if you are interested in looking at it.

Keep up the great work. Thanks for all your help.

Mike's also got a 1950 Chevy 3600 that he's working on. And in October 2005, Mike sent in a really great story (actually a submisison for the Alternative Gallery) about his Dad and his 1939 Ford Pickup. Nice read about old trucks and families. ~~ Editor
