I'm new to the "Bolt" and I like it already ! Here's some history on my '58.I bought it last year off Craigslist San Diego. The owner did a home Resto. on it, I was looking for a daily driver for around the ranch/town.He got it in Texas it was sitting in a barn. The truck is from Tioga, Texas the original owner swapped out the stock 283 for the 235 . He died in 1980 and the truck sat in the barn until 2003 when it was moved to San Diego(I'm the third owner). Some of the work done :Engine rebuilt,Tahoe 4x4 rear end (3.73 truck gears),Tranny BW T5 from a V-8 Camaro,Rewired,Electric wipers,12 Volt conversion,Clifford headers,Rochester Quadrajet (using 2 primaries),Petronix ignition,Rebuilt V-8 radiator (3 rows) w/Aux. Fan.Lots more, thanks for looking.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
