Was just going to post a very similar ad for a 1940 1 ton or bigger.
I have seen a couple '39s for sale in the $7,000 asking range, in NY and PA
I have found a few trucks... If you're looking for something more affordable than 7K Ican help you out...
Thanks Philipj, yes very interested.... less is good.
Craigslist New Hampshire - 1938 1-1/2 ton truck project . Not mine. Posting it FYI. I know you posted for 1939/40... but seller is offering parts.
I apologize for the poor post of the 1941 1 1/2 if have for sale. My email is email@example.com Looking to get $5,000 for the truck.
Randy, if he doesn't buy it you will probably want to put a stand alone ad for your truck in the Trucks For Sale forum.
It is a beauty at a fair price, I have my hands full, otherwise I would do it. Thank you...
I have this 40...cab has been stripped of alot of interior parts..grill is now gone..was told it ran when parked some motor parts have been removed...Todd 218-256-8775 N central MN $1500
Yeah to bad grill is gone. Very hard to find part. Would grab the whole truck if it was complete. Don't care about the engine. I have a few 235's and a 292 and more good transmissions. Would also leave the dump body behind for a more modern flatbed dump.
Yes, it is unfortunate since you will spend up to $1000 in a new grill... Still a nice truck. What is the wheelbase 158"?
"the Grille is Gone"...Wasn't that a song by B B King?
Still looking if there's one out there ... will follow up with 35Mike. I do know that BB tune!
Dave Donley has a '40 1-1/2 ton for sale on the 1936 1937 1938 1938 1940 Chev truck Facebook page. I can't copy the pics from there, as it's a private page, but if you call him, maybe he can email you pics?
