Anyone out there know how the headlight and parking light wires are routed on a 1941?? I have made up my own harness and was able to find the route from the switch and dimmer out to the terminal block on the left front fender. From the remnants of the old wiring I can see how it is routed from there to the left headlight. But how were the wires run across to the right terminal block, over, along the radiator tank, or under somewhere along the frame cross member??

On my 46 there are two J clips soldered on the radiator tank. http://oehmjr46.tripod.com/id45.html

On my truck, I have a "Farmer Fix" for the starboard head and parking light harness.

A piece of copper wire is acting like a hanger. it's wired to the radiator support.

I have a feeling that it was originally clipped on somehow (probably with clippies similar to the harness attachment to the inner fender on the port side).

On my 41 Kip, there are two somewhat flexible hooks mounted to the radiator top. It seems like this would get hot and roast but so far it has not. How's the horn coming? I have a horn if you need one. Bert

Great photos Oehm Jr. Looks like you have some original wiring. On very close inspection looks like my radiator had these clips at one time. Mystery solved, thanks to all !!

Bret: I’ll be in touch about the horn. I have a friend at work who is very good with electrical stuff and I want to see if he can come up with a replacement widget.
