I quickly looked through the Master Parts Catalogs at Old Chevy Manual Project and even though I can't find the info for your year, I did notice that the preceding and following years had different parts numbers for car and truck fenders. Which leads me to think there are some differences.

The fenders are the same...

1929-30 ALL Right Front Fender 354514

1929-30 ALL Left Front Fender 354515

1929-30 ALL Right Front w/ well 356296

1929-30 ALL Left Front w/ well 356295

The 1931 Sedan Delivery also uses the 1929-30 welled front fenders (356295 & 356296).
