Hello there! I'm very happy with my recent purchase. Unmolested and rust is not bad. 88K on the odometer, but not currently running. I'm the 3rd owner. Last one had her since 1969. I'm planning a restomod, but if the original motor runs, then I may go original, but lower her a bit. cool

VIN: C1445B138459
Paint code: 538AA (but I don't know what the AA means) 538 means color #12409 = Dark Blue.

I'm having a little trouble posting pics, but I'll get it figured out soon. grin

Your at the right place. Folks here are great and the knowledge base is tremendously the best on the web today.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

I have an inline 6 and 3 on the column. I don't know what size motor I have. Where on the block will I find that info? Is there another way to tell?

**EDIT**
OK, I just found the stamp on the motor.
F0707TA = 230ci inline 6 (for a 1965)

Next question: Is the 230ci inline 6 gonna be a good motor? We shall see! What do y'all think? Sounds like many folks install a 305ci V8.
I'm ready for some opinions.
