Hey, everyone
great website I have question someone told
me that a 292 exhaust manifold will fit on
a 250 chevy six mine is cracked and i found
a website called THE COMPANY UP in iowa that
sell 292 chevy exhaust manifold it has three stud flange
any help would be great

Yeah, I believe that flange is the only issue, so you may need a fix to connect your headder pipe.

Does it have a heat riser valve in it? kinda hard to tell from the small picture. Here a e-bay site that may help, http://www.actionsalvage.com/exhaust_Chevrolet_fullpu.aspThe one you are looking at is a tractor manifold, not sure they are the same, picture is to small to tell. Joe

Did you end up getting the manifold? I know someone that bought a 292 manifold for his 250. I don't remember the website, but I'll find out for you if you want.

The light duty (1 ton & smaller) will interchange. The larger trucks with 292 took a different manifold. It exhausted straight down & had a 2 1/2 opening & no heat rizer. The early models for the smaller trucks had a 2 stud flange & the later ones had 3 studs, but either will work if you change the flange.

I'm also looking at THE COMPANY for the 292 exhaust manifold for my 194. I've read that it will bolt right up and give me some additional lung capacity for my little 6 daily driver - a poor man's header! Have you found out how this one from THE COMPANY works out and is it the "big one" with the 2 1/2" outlet?
