Needed another exhaust system. Did it in 409 stainless, single, and quiet. Didn't see any posts here while researching, thus this one for future reference.

Not HiPo nor stock, but it works great for my daily driver - save the noisy kid stuff for 'junk in the garage'.

Nice job. I too like quiet but with Langdon's headers and dual dynamax turbos all the way out the back.

Nice,
I wanted stainless for my truck but decided it was to expensive and risky if messed up a bend at $55-$75 each (4 and 5 inch)
Instead I used normal exhaust pipe at half to third the cost and had absolutely no issues making it all come together.. soon as it was done I was kicking myself for not trying the stainless from the start.
Did use a magnaflow stainless muffler and all stainless clamps and hangers, so next time I'll copy the old with new stainless pipe, by then might be able to have my old ones scanned and duplicated in stainless for a reasonable price, who knows?

Looks good. Personally, I like 'em LOUD! grin Nothing like the sound of hot 235 with duals. I did mine in stainless, but I only have about $30 (not counting the Walker mufflers) in the materials, labor was free.

It was scrap from a local factory. They had replaced a production line, including the venting pipes. Came in real handy, as I got a bunch of mendrel bent peices of varying radii. As a side effect, though, my truck smelled like burning Cap'n Crunch for the fist few months, as the pipe was a vent for a cereal line. The only parts that aren't stainless are the mufflers, which are standard replacemnt Walkers for a CJ7. Those might be coming off, though.
