Bought this horse truck over a year ago and am finally getting around to doing some serious work on it. Plans for this truck are for it to be a working truck that can be driven anytime and anywhere.

First order of business is to upgrade the driveline and brakes.

I've just completed updating the rear end and am moving on to the front brakes as time permits.

Finished Rear End Update


'38 Chevy 1-1/2 ton
'49 Chevy 1/2 ton
'54 Chevy 6400 2 ton
'55.2 GMC 3/4 ton
'56 GMC 1-ton

Nice pics and detail..please keep us posted on your front brake conversion..many of us have been stuggling with an 8-lug disc set-up.
