Depends if you are going to build a p.s. unit from scratch, that is, get all the parts yourself, or get a kit. There are numerous kits on the market, but if you go that way, make sure that you get a complete kit including the p.s. lines. Also, consider whether you are going to keep the old column or change over to a new one with tilt etc. since that will affect how you connect up the the p.s. box. There are plenty of folks on this forum who have saved money by building from scratch and will also respond to your question.
