Curious if the middle seat for the 1960 Suburban is the same through years 1960 to 1966? Welcome advice and any knowledge on this subject. THANKS

I'd also like to see pictures. I suspect the rear seat in my '54 is from a '60-66. I'd like to compare. Thanks.

The middle seat is suppose to be the same from 1960-1966 according to Jim carter, are you needing one ? It has a metal tube arm rest on one side.

Thanks,Tim

The middle seat for the 60-66 Suburban are the Same, Except the mounting holes to bolt them down are drilled in different spots.

correction, the 1960-66 Chevy middle seat are all the same except the mounting holes. the 1960-62 are the same as chevy, but the 63-66 GMC's have the flat brackets for mounting the seat on the slider rails.

I was hoping someone could tell me if mine is indeed a '60-66 middle seat. It looks to me to be a mate to the back seat I have that RJ has identified as '60-66 Chevy.

rear seat 1

rear seat 2

Your red seat looks like a rear seat but in the middle. There were no mounts in the middle for a full size seat. Just a 3/4 seat.

Yes, it is a rear seat mounted in the middle position. It does not mount properly in either position in the '54. It is mounted to 2X12s which are bolted to the floor.

On '47-59 Suburbans the rear seat will properly mount in the middle position.
