Can some one tell me the correct spark plug gap chevy 235 hei petronix flamethrower 1.5 ohm 12 volt system Ive searched this site, google, and petronix web site. finding diffrent specs
.045 or .060 or .080

If the original setting for your engine's year was 0.035", you could use 0.040" with a Pertronix ignition.

With a standard size cap & wire .040-45 max.

I have the Pertronix and the Flamethrower coil aswell. I read you could go to a max of .045. I am running mine at .040 and it runs very well.
