Incorrect Bill. That is not a switch for a 4 speed.

Here is the original GM mechanical back up light switch that mounts on the 4 speed shifter.

I've heard reports that the 67 SM420 had a reverse switch, or are the links "Mother Trucker" switch it?

I don't own a vehicle that isn't old enough to drink.

That GM backup light switch posted by M.T. will work on any SM 420 4 speed from 1947 to 1967.

We just thought it was important to dispel the mis-information posted on this subject earlier. dang
