Today we finished installing the grill and front fenders. Installed the outer rear tires, installed the front bumper, (still waiting for new bumper bolts), then we took it for a ride around the neighborhood.

Swapped out my wire harness in the scorching heat today, and continued on the long bodywork path.

PWe finished installing the windows in the doors and installed the inner door panels. Called Haggerty, went to DMV and it is readable. Took it down to the lake last night.

Finished Tig welding 3” dual stainless exhaust tubes, hangers and Borla XR-1 mufflers together and got everything installed. Still waiting on tips to arrive in the mail but I’m happy with the sound and finished product. This is the first custom exhaust I’ve done and to say it was tedious is an understatement smile

To try for some new blood here-serviced 51 6400 hydrovac with bendix vacuum cylinder oil,greased pedal pivots with corn head grease, Never hear em mention oil holes in door hinge irons,use a zoom-spout oiler on em done that !! Gonna check gear oil in sm 420.

That is nice looking work. I have been wanting to get a TIG welder since I retired. I don't have access to one anymore. That should sound great.
