Hey Guys,

I have the disc brake conversion kit from formerly chevy duty (#71-975).
It says to use 74-77 mid size GM car rotors and calipers such as chevelle and tempest.
The lady at Napa could not find either of those cars on her listing. Now that i'm searching on google, it seems the chevelle became a malibu. Is that a good reference to give her? I dont want to get the wrong parts. Are their any other references I can use?

Thanks
Colin

The Malibu is a trim level on the Chevelle, the Tempest is the same as a Le Mans/GTO. I beleive that Camaro/Nova from the same years have the same brake parts.
here's the part #s for a '77 Malibu

Hi Colin,

Another great source for comparing parts is:

http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php

Their prices and service are great and their site is easy to navigate.
