Just a quick update - spent a little time actually designing stuff and modeling the frame, cross-member defining points, etc. Here is a few Screen Shots

The design is preliminary at this point. I need to model the spindle, A-Arms, Hubs, etc.

Anyone coming to Green Bay area, or know of an un-altered AD in the East Central Wisconsin area that I can gain access to with a tape measure to validate fitment?

Wish I could help, but I'm all the way across the state in LAX. I do have my truck stripped down to the frame and cab. The next thing to be done will be pulling the engine out. If you are coming this direction, we could try to work something out. Otherwise, I would like any information you can send me on this. Thanks.

I will check my schedule to see if I have any business that side of the state. If not, when I run to the Twin Cities, I could make a swing south. (Or just give you a sketch with the dimensions I need) BTW, welcome to the 'bolt.

Thanks for the welcome. If I can help you out, just let me know. I'm just looking for an affordable way to upgrade my truck to IFS and don't mind doing development work. If you have any information of pictures already in process, I would love to see it. Thanks for the help.

Pictures of the prototype will be a few weeks out as the upcoming holiday season is cutting into my tinkerin time. I am working on the designs now and will have the first unit cut sometime early January.

Can someone provide the height of the frame to ground on both a stock 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton? I want to get the ride heights correct for those who want stock ride heights as well as a drop.
