Just a quick update.... Been spending my time on a few of the other vehicles all my cars appear to have a major issue. Should be back to the front X-member no later than next week.

If you still need measurements I have a stock 3/4 ton. Just let me know.

Farmer51 and 51 Hotrod, both added to the list, and I will take you up on both offers if needed.
Now that X-mas and new year is gone, business travel is letting up, I should be able to finish the design in the next few days and have the jig made and the prototype tack welded for test fit within a week or so.

I might possibly be interested as well, depending on what i decide to do with my truck. But if you still need measurements, I'm an hour west of Chicago with a bone stock 54 3100, your welcome to measure it if you are in the area.

Onelane - just drove through that area on Tuesday. bummer, if you're back down this way feel free to let me know. The truck is in storage for the winter in a heated garage in Aurora, IL right off the I-88, 50 miles west of Chicago.
