I’ve got the choke cable hooked up but the throttle cable has me scratching my head. The attached show the clamp for the cable housing but I don’t see anyplace to attach the cable. Any ideas how it attaches would be appreciated.

In your photo do you see where the elbo of your choke cable almost touches the rusty metal part? That is the clamp where the throttle cable goes in from the top.

A couple of the pictures were taken during installation so the sleeves were not cut to length.

When you hook up the throttle cable, leave about 1/8" of play between the cable nut and the throttle rod when the throttle cable is pushed all the way in and the throttle rod is at rest,

You can buy those at a bicycle shop. The one in my picture came from there. They're used on brake cables and shift cables etc. Or Dorman makes those and they're usually available at any auto parts store. I think they're called barrel nuts.

Notice that Phil has "circled" that "gap" below the lever rod, if you don't have a sufficient gap the throttle won't drop back against the idle stop screw and you'll have a fast idle. Don't ask how i know this....

You must have skimmed over my previous post. They're called cable stops. You can get them at bicycle repair shops. They're used to secure brake lines and gear shift cables.
Any auto parts store will have them sold under the Dorman brand.
