I was hoping to come to meet some new friends but have to attend a graduation that happens to be in the wrong direction. 😕 Oh well maybe next year.

Well, the plans, tickets and visa is set for Tim (TPR57C) down under to join us at the Southern Jamboree! Alvin will pick him up May 30th to ride shotgun to the Jamboree. Then Tim will meet Vicki and I back in Missouri to do a week long sight seeing B&G tour. He will fly back home June 13. Think he will Win the long distance award?

It seems that I am in the middle of all of these fabulous events but still not close enough to go to them. So I wish all who go a fabulous and safe time.

Ron, Tim may have something to say about that distance thing . I fully understand, I would however love to have chance to meet a Stovebolt "Legend".

Still having issues, Tim. I drove it today in 80-degree temps and I found out the auxiliary fan is not working. The truck got up to 205 degrees F. Probably a fuse.

I have been beating Alvin up over driving the '37 to Townsend. He's thinking about trailering it to the Show, Tim may need to help me give Alvin a push. I suppose it's bad to badger Alvin about his truck while mine is still in pieces.

We’re gonna have to have some Stovebolt work days… Get Alvin’s motor mounts fixed and your truck put together. Then we can plan a Southern Stovebolters Route 66 road trip. 😎 But seriously, getting a few Stovebolt wrenchers together to help guys get some work done on their rides… that could be some fun weekend outings.
