Those are Bendix brakes. It looks like they have been replaced from the Huck brakes that would have come on your '50 truck from the factory. Maybe the hubs and drums are from a car which would be 5-lug.
Welcome to Stovebolt.
You should take a minute or two to visit the Welcome Centre and introduce yourself and your truck.

Thanks . I knew they were Bendix brakes but was trying to see if anyone knew what they came off of ? I'm trying to replace one of them that was damaged.

I suspect they may be Chevy passenger car hubs and brake drums, maybe 51-54 (same year range as Bendix brakes were used on the trucks). Per this [chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com], the bearings are the same for 1/2 ton and passenger cars. Passenger and 1/2 ton drums were the same diameter (11 inch) and shoes the same width (2 inch front and 1-3/4 rear) in that year range, and I believe the only difference would be 5 lug instead of 6 lug on the trucks. Look for a casting number on the hubs, which might tell you what they're from. See the attached screenshot.
[on edit] the wheel lug pattern was 5 on 4-3/4. You might double check yours. With 5 lugs it's harder to measure.

Found the number 32151 on outside of drum and either 33307 or 83307 on inside . First number is cut due to being where lug stud goes in drum . Search each of the numbers and had no luck . I was hopeful that someone would see them and know right away what they were for .
The ball bearings and 5 lug bolt pattern almost certainly identifies it as a 51-54 Chevy passenger car item. Those hubs are a bolt-on swap to the pickup spindle with a 6 lug hub. It's also possible the backing plates and Bendix brakes were swapped from the same vehicle, as your pickup would have had Huck brakes originally. Jerry

A little late to the party. Jerry I suggested that earlier, but his bolt circle is different than the 51-54 Chevy cars.

I used to have a chart that showed bolt circle measurements for odd numbered lugs. If you measure across from 1 to 3 or 1 to 4 on a 5 bolt pattern it would tell you what the diameter is.
Probably can find it on the internet.
Also, If you own a compass, cut out a 5"diam circle from a piece of cardboard and see if it lines up with the centers of all the lugs. Make a 4 3/4" circle as well and see what happens.

Agreed. He's said 5 on 5 a number of times, but hasn't said he has measured.

Maybe your rims are also 5 on 4-3/4" as well. Have you verified that? Not trying to be difficult, but if you haven't measured, you can't be sure. We're just trying to help.

When I have explained that I put a set of rims that came off a Chevy Silverado that has a 5x5 pattern not sure what is to measure ? Think you guys want to be so right . Someone please show me a picture of these drums that you say I have . Again just trying to find a match asked for help , but just seems as if everyone is right and I don't know what I'm speaking about . Thanks guys

I wasn't saying I was right, just suggesting that the hubs and drums might have been off a 51-54 chevy car. They will fit on a 1/2 ton truck spindle. But they are 5 on 4-3/4. I gave you all the information I have. You kept saying they were 5 on 5 pattern, but never said you'd measured the bolt circle, and your post today was the first time you mentioned they came off a Chevy Silverado, but without a year of that truck, there's no way to confirm what the bolt pattern might be (later Silverados ~2000+ could have a metric pattern.) Sorry that you feel bad about this. If I knew what your brake drums were, I would certainly tell you. The more information you give us, the easier it is to help you. For instance Brake drum ID and width would help. Maybe what you'll need to do is take the hub and drum to your parts store and compare with what they have. Possibly a '70 or '71 Chevy truck would fit. 1971 C10's had 5 on 5 wheels, but had disk front brakes. 1965-1969 C10's had 11" x 2" front brakes but 6 on 5.5 wheels.
