Here is a pic from my FAM showing the parking brake diagram for a 3800 with the transmission mounted parking brake handle.
Does this give you what you need???

Just in case you didn't catch it, the original GM# 373980 for that spring is displayed in the FAM picture. You can use that as the starting point for a web search to see if anyone is offering one for sale.
You can also post an ad in the
Truck Parts Wanted forum.
