Well Chip......I only drift on by for breakfast here at the spoon every few weeks. But the last update
from the Parris estate do sound pretty positive. The old muscles are the first thing to thin down when
we're laid up and it takes a lot longer to get them back in shape once they've had a few weeks or months
of relaxation.
So, hang in there and work that old body back into shape. Sweetie face has had a couple of bouts with
pneumonia so she's been sedentary for most of the fall. Needless to say she's pretty unsteady right now.
Like our old Stovebolts, if we don't exercise....we get rusty.
So, keep on keepin' on old buddy. We still got another 20 to go.
Hope your 2023 is much better than the last one.

Had a little setback for the past week. Went to kidney doctor today and have 3 other doctors visits next week. But much much netter. Voice has recoverered and strength is coming back...slow but much better. I finally want to live again!!!!
Thanks to all for concerns znd prayers. Its been a long 7 months. I appreciate each of you.
