This was in my truck when I bought it. It is a 6 volt moter and does run. The core does not leak. Someone adapted the defroster connection from a Chevy heater to it and it works, marginally. I replaced this with a Chevrolet heater. The louvers are in good shape and the chrome part rotates to change air direction.
Asking $90 plus shipping. Would happily meet you somewhere with in reason from Oklahoma.
