I'm in the need for a a/c relocation bracket for a 1995 lt1. (To mount high on drivers side). These are commonly referred to as "Bowers brackets." Bowers Rod Shop no longer makes this item due to historically low sales. Hopefully, someone may have one that they're willing to part with.

If you can't find anyone with a bracket you may want to try Alan Grove Components. They have several different set ups.

Rocketman I read your posting at Hmmm. You have my kind of luck.
Bowers is still in business, but not making the bracket you want, because no one was buying them.
You could piece together used high dollar Corvette parts or buy billet parts but they cost an arm and a leg. You are not making a "show" engine.
You want a decent bracket that mounts high on the driver's side so you don't have to do weird stuff like notching the frame or cutting the inner fender.
I tried to find a picture of what the bracket looks like. Is this it?
Have you tried calling the owner of Bowers Race & Rod Shop?
Be humble (you know, beg) and ask if he could help out.
Ask for any stray parts left over from a kit he may have lying around or maybe some drawings would be nice.

Yes, I spoke with the owner. We talked for a few minutes ...I think he "felt my pain". He said that he sees his bracket show up from time to time on ebay. Yes, your attachment is what I need!

Keep your eyes peeled.

The construction of the parts may not be terribly bad but the measuring and getting the correct dimensions, from the get-go, is the hard part.
If it's not right, belt alignment will be an on-going headache.
