Has anyone seen the black 1950 truck currently up for auction over on BAT. Probably the most meticulous and best build I’ve ever seen. I’m in no way affiliated with the truck, seller or site but thought stovebolt lovers here would enjoy looking at a spectacular build.

That is a nice build. Black paint is hard to get to look straight, but that's a pretty truck.

Bring A Trailer (BAT) is an online auction site for selling & buying premium classic automobiles nationwide. The idea is you register, you bid, and if you win the auction you bring a trailer & pick it up. No junk is allowed on the site and full disclosure of every vehicle is required or seller is banished.

Just a word to the wise. GTT is not the proper forum for links to Auction sites or I saw this cool truck posts. We have specific forums for those kinds of posts. Please make your posts there.

It's a beauty but the devil's in the details (or a lack of it). That VIN tag is new and it's not stamped correctly. Hopefully the Missouri DMV has inspected it and has issued and installed a new legit tag for a reconstructed vehicle. Some states like mine are finicky about retitling older out-of-state vehicles (theft deterrent). Mine can require an inspection by the NCDMV or NCHP. Sometimes you have to look past the glitter and hold on to your wallet.
