It's fixed now. If you find any others, let me know. I just ran a script on the site to replace some bogus code that was breaking the links in menus and this one didn't get fixed correctly. There may be more.

Also, I thought a link in forums went to another tab? Ja? Nope, and there's not setting (that I see) in the Control Panel to force them to open in a new tab.
