No worries, Martin -- Tiny is used to it. And if Kevin wants to start a new thread about repairing antiquated boat mooring covers, I'm hip to that, too -- I have some idears...

Emily’s front seat cover is 100% better than it was. Still not all hogringed fully into place but should be ready to put back in sometime tomorrow. Mexican Blankets are such a loose weave that it make them hard to sew a decent seam. Ms Kathy is having to bind each seam with another material. She knows what she’s doing so we will get er done.

I had a mexican blanket in my truck for a while. The loose weave didn't hold up so I converted back to vinyl.

I hope you have better luck.

Ms Kathy used cloth binding on all the seams and a total lining on the back since Emily is a 4 door. Front seat is back in place now and the 2 part back seat is out and ready to take apart. Should all be done by the weekend.

Emily’s seat covers are finished. We are now waiting on FedEx to deliver more material for the package tray cover. 11 days and counting for a box from South Carolina. Yes that’s right shipped 11 days ago. I can’t put the rear seat in until the package tray cover is in place and the radio speakers bolted down. I just love FedEx.

FedEx delivered the material about 3:30 and we made quick work of building up the package tray cover and mounting the 6X9 speakers. All in place and seats installed. Emily looks good in her new dress. Now she needs a new coat. When my IT Department returns from the lake Tuesday, I’ll try to get her to post a link for me. I gotta learn how to do that one of these days. Hope all are enjoying your weekend.

Nice, it is reminiscent of the 50 and 60s rebuilds that I watch on youtube.
