Here is a picture of my '50 COE, model 5700. I am in the process of filling the bed with pine needles from around my property to take to the transfer station. This truck is in the old photo gallery if you want to see more(see my signature line below). Also, it will be featured in the July issue of Hemmings Classic Car.

In case you think I own a trailer queen, this photo is evidence to the contrary.

Loading the pine needles is not very efficient. I have to lift the wheeled bucket to the rear of the bed, climb up the ladder and pull the bucket to the front of the bed to dump the load. This all pays off when I get to the transfer station, however, as the bed has a hydraulic lift and dumping the load is the fun part.

Thank you Wayne. Almost always on my phone and I do use the full editor. I was just curious about that left margin. I’ll check it out on my iMac sometime.

I've never owned a modern car in my life. I use all my vehicles the way they were intended.

My primary vehicle for the last 20 years has been a 1956 Cadillac Coupe De Ville. I drive it to Florida for vacation every year and have driven it to Cleveland Ohio and back to Atlanta in 3 days.

My trucks all haul whatever needs hauling.

The Bismarck taking it easy after the vintage car races at Road Atlanta a couple weeks ago and crossing Tampa Bay at about 75mph (high shutter speed makes it look like it's standing still).

Ol' Roy at the hardware store to buy a new clevis pin for his parking brake cable.

The '39 Packard has become my primary vehicle for local errand running. Here it is loaded up with plants from the nursery.

None of my vehicles are modified. They all have the engines and transmissions that came from the factory.

Otto, this is a truck site. Your desire to post photos and stories of your cars is not ok. Fair warning.

I don't care. Those are some cool cars!
Plus, his truck is in there too.

Nobody said they aren’t “cool”, they just don’t belong on a site dedicated to TRUCKS.
