I am in the process of doing a resto mod on a 1948 6400. I purchased a 1951 4400 as a parts truck. I have the following parts for sale.
1 - Two 235 engines with transmissions. Both "ran when I parked it". $250.00 each w/transmission 2 - A 2 ton two speed real axel off of the 1948. $250.00 3 - A 1.5 ton rear axel off of the 1951 $250.00 4 - Two hydro-vacs that could be rebuilt $50 each 5 - A straight 6 250cc motor from a 1977 Chevy van. Has what I thing is a rod knock. $250.00
I am not looking to make a bunch of money off the parts. Make a reasonable offer and it's yours. I live in Carson, WA about 1 hour east of Portland. Please respond to this thread if you are interested and we can arrange a time to chat over the phone

Site rules say you need to post prices for sale items. Thanks

Kevin,
I apologize. I will edit the post and set some prices.

Are these complete 235’s. I have a 51 car that is missing engine and transmission..I realize that cars are closed drive lines.
These old bolts are in my blood. Hard thing is focusing on just one.

Yes, they are complete 235's with transmission. They came out of a 1948 2 ton and a 1951 1.5 ton. I am hoping to get rid of them soon if I can. Would be willing to let you have them for $125 each. Don't know anything about cars (big bolts are my sickness) so don't know if they will work for what you are doing.

If you still have the 250 motor would you consider selling just the head? I need a head for my 292 and I am told they are the same. Paul

There is one other person interested in the 250. I will know in the next day or two if he wants it. If not, you can have the whole motor for $150. I do not know enough about that motor to confirm that the head will work on the 292.

I am interested in the 235 engines if you still have them available. Thanks.
