Hello, new to the forum and new to classic vehicle repair/restoration... I have had a few vehicles and never had much money so have done many DIY repairs through the years on cars/bikes/trucks... But by no means consider myself a mechanic! I live in the North Okanagan B.C. Canada and have recently started working on a restoration project on a '51 Chevrolet 1/2 ton panel truck, pretty solid and original thus far, missing the seats but otherwise pretty complete. Look forward to getting to know you guys and having some bigger brains to pick at! Ha ha, any advice is appreciated. Keep fit and have fun! (I'm old and analog but will post pic's once I figure out how... Lol)

Welcome to stovebolt..I completely rebuilt my 1953 panel a number of years ago. I know of another panel in BC, I have met him several times in Vancouver. Maybe Tony will chime in.
